Rates and included services
The daily prices are per flat for an occupancy of 2 persons.
In summer, the daily prices quoted are a flat rate for 2-4 people.
For each additional person from 14 years: 25 € per day
Children up to 13.99 years: € 15 per day
Rates do not include the local tourist tax, which is levied in the amount of €2.00 pppn for every guest from the age of 14 years and is to be paid on site.

Cancellation policy travel insurance
Booking cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Up until 3 months before the date of arrival, cancellation is free
- up to 4 weeks before departure: 30% of the price of the stay
- from 4 weeks before the start of the trip until the day of arrival: 70% of the price of the stay
- from 2 weeks before arrival until the day of your arrival the
100% of the total price of your stay - in the event of late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total vacation days, even if they were not used in full

Children's equipment
High chairs, cots, changing mats, stair guards and bed rails are provided on request.
Pick-up service
We are happy to provide an on-request pick-up service from the Bozen or Auer railway station.
Arrival/Departure
Your holiday apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
Südtirol Guest Pass "mobile"
On your arrival you will receive the free South Tyrol Guest Pass “mobil” (for guests aged 6 and over). This allows you to use all public transport in the South Tyrolean transport network.
