When it comes to food and wine, Italy is second to none… and Kaltern itself can boast a long and proudly upheld gourmet tradition. At Babioshof, we pamper our guests with a delicious breakfast made with products from our own farm. Taste and enjoy!
Get a great start to your day: we will be happy to deliver our Babios breakfast box or fresh bread rolls to your apartment, at a time of your choice.
Our gourmet breakfast includes:
- Fruit spreads
- Syrups
- Apple juice
- Dried fruit
- Apple puree
- Croissants or cake
- Eggs
- Muesli
- South Tyrolean quality products such as milk, butter, yogurt, cheese, ham and original Speck
- Special tea blends
Gluten-free and lactose-free products are available on request.

A fine glass of wine
Kaltern is especially renowned for its excellent wines. As winegrowers, we are also wine connoisseurs, so there’s a lot we can tell you about our local wine culture. But the best way to learn about it is by enjoying a glass of award-winning wine in the local taverns, at private winegrowers’ or in the Kellerei Kaltern winery.
